They were patient to listen to our requirements, the price at which we could like to list our property and sell, the way the house needs to be cleaned and staged and the most importantly the timing of all the events. Malik was very accommodating in making everything happen the way we wanted it and make it even better it. They always had multiple suggestions on doing things differently and that helped us to think which possible direction to take. Every event took place as scheduled and there was no need for any follow up.
